I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The remodeled rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. However, one dining experience was notably poor, and some areas felt neglected, like the lighting in the room. Despite these downsides, I found good value for money, especially with the food options available.

The hotel has some redeeming qualities, like the remodeled rooms and fun slot machines. However, some guests felt disappointed by the customer service and the overall vibe during their stay. The dining options were cheap and tasty, but the lack of water taxi services was a hassle. Overall, it's a mixed experience for both casual visitors and families.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The big room we stayed in was clean, but lacked some basic amenities like a coffee maker and a microwave. We really enjoyed the fun family activities available, especially the pool and arcade, but the casino machines were frustratingly uncooperative. While the tidy accommodations and extra snacks were a nice touch, the outdated room features left something to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at Laughlin River Lodge. The room with two queen beds was very nice, and the beds were super comfortable. The casino was clean and not overcrowded during my visit, making it relaxing. However, I was a bit disappointed that they no longer offer bingo, which used to be my favorite part of staying here. The price for drinks was very reasonable, which added to the value of my experience.

The hotel has really improved since my last visit, featuring remodeled rooms and much better slot payouts compared to other nearby casinos. Breakfast at the Bighorn Restaurant is a highlight with reasonable prices, and the overall value for the stay is commendable. However, the casino can get quite smoky, and the TV channels weren’t the best.
